Our house is situated on the slopes of the Durance Valley in the heart of the classic Provence. The village Villeneuve is 10 km north of Manosque, which is some 50 km north of Aix-en-Provence. In our articles "The vicinity" og "Things to see", we have collected some of the many exiting places around us.

It is very easy to get to Villeneuve since it is well connected with motorways as well as public bus and train services.

By air
The nearest airport is Marseille Provence (Marignane). Brussel Airlines and Air France have many good connections to Marseille and in mp2, the special terminal for low-cost airlines, you will find Ryanair and EasyJet. Also Nice, Avignon and Toulon are well within reach. If you wish to travel in your own aircraft, there is an airfield in Chateau-Arnoux-Saint-Auban!

By bus and train
There are regular bus services between Manosque and Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and Nice. If you are coming by train, the nearest TGV station is in Aix-en-Provence.

By car
Situated a few kilometres from the motorway A51 Marseille ? Grenoble, Villeneuve is very easy accessible by car, either from North or South. You can download detailed driving instructions here.
