The house is a newly build French villa with a two-storey addition from 2005. It is situated on a rolling mountain ridge with panoramic view of the Durance Valley and the mountains on the other side. The total living area is 166 sq. m. There is of course a large pool and a private Boules Court. The terrain has many olive trees.

The house is in mint condition and features a large living and dining room, an office and five large bedrooms, of which one is located on the first floor.

Connected to the dining room is a separate eat-in kitchen. There is direct access to the terrace, garden and pool from the living room. The office has an exit door to the Boules Court.

Every bedroom is individually decorated and equipped with new beds and all necessary furniture. There are three rooms with king and queen size double beds and two rooms with two single beds each. Further there are two bathrooms, one with a bath, the other with a shower.

The house is equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, dish washer and washing machine. It is fully equipped with the necessary electronic devices such as analogue and digital TV, satellite TV, DVD, radio and WiFi wireless network with 8MB Internet access.
